IN STORE RETURNS
Please be aware that we do not accept returns of items bought in store. As I'm sure you will appreciate we are a small, local high-street, independent business and our Quality Control Administrator meticulously quality checks every item before it is placed for sale. We also offer the facility of fitting rooms so you can always try before you buy.
ONLINE RETURNS - WITHIN 14 DAYS
We hope you love your purchases as much as we do!
We pride ourselves on always going the extra mile and are committed to providing excellent customer service. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund.
FOR EXCHANGES & REFUNDS PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
We only accept returns in their original state with undamaged packaging and ALL labels/tags attached. The product must remain unused, unworn (including signs such as washing), and be in re-saleable condition.
RETURNS PERIOD: If you are a UK or ROI customer, please advise us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of your delivery being received and ensure the item is returned to us within 14 days of being received.
If you are an International customer, please advise us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of your delivery being received and ensure the item is returned to us within 14 days of your delivery being received.
On our receipt of return we will inspect the garment or product and proceed with your exchange or refund, in line with the Terms & Conditions being met in full.
CLOTHING: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you’re not wearing any deodorant, makeup, tan or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent. Any items that are not in a re-saleable condition will be returned to you, at your expense, without refund.
FOOTWEAR: Footwear must only be tried on indoors and should be returned unworn, without marks or scuffs, in their original condition and in undamaged packaging. Please ensure you place the shoe box inside a larger packing box or mailing bag for return.
BAGS & ACCESSORIES: Please take care not to damage, scratch or mark any bags or accessories whilst examining them.
We do not offer a warranty and cannot be held accountable for damages that result from misuse of products.
All items should be wrapped carefully, in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
As a small independent business, unfortunately at this time we do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, CUSTOMER PAYS RETURN POSTAGE: Please ensure you ALWAYS obtain proof of postage for any return. We recommend using a service that is insured, has a tracking number and is signed for. Please note that the responsibility and liability of the Goods remains with you until we are in receipt. For avoidance of doubt, we are not liable for missing items lost in transit or any damage which occurs during the shipping process.
**It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us within 7 days of non-delivery or receipt of incorrect items, in order for us to address the matter accordingly.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Where you notify us, or when returning items, outside of the 'Returns Period'; as stated above.
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have the right to deduct the cost of any deterioration up to the full price, from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled.
- Shoes bearing scuff marks, signs of being worn outside or returned with postage stickers on the original shoe box. Please ensure you place the shoe box inside a larger packing box or mailing bag for return.
- For hygiene/health reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, earrings or beauty products which have been opened.
- Final Clearance, Sale items and anything reduced by 50% or more.
- All personalised goods.
If your item has been rejected by Quality Control due to any of the reasons outlined above, you will not receive a refund and the item will be returned back to you, at your own expense.
RETURNS PROCESS
Please log in to your Customer Account to initiate the online returns process, remembering to complete the Reason for Return. All items eligible for return can be managed there.
REFUND PROCESS
Once items have been inspected and approved by Quality Control, refunds will be processed within 14 working days of your item(s) being received at PULSE HQ. Payment will be reimbursed via the same method used at time of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore, when you receive a refund the cost of any postage will not be included.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
We are only able to exchange items for the same item in a different size, depending upon availability. Exchanges can be collected in store or alternatively will incur an additional postage cost, based upon where you wish your exchange to be sent. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for further information.
