* NB: Please ensure both your delivery address and selected postage option are correct at Checkout, prior to purchase; based upon where you wish your parcel to be delivered to. Should you select the incorrect postage price in relation to delivery destination, this will result in your parcel being delayed until the correct amount is paid in full. Also any parcels returned due to incorrect or invalid addresses will incur an additional admin fee & postage charge, payable by the customer.
CLICK & COLLECT - FREE SERVICE
We offer a complimentary Click & Collect service from our Manchester HQ, located in Urmston - just a stones throw away from the M60 and the Trafford Centre. Place your order before 18:00 and in most cases you can collect it from us the next day after 12:00! This service operates from Tuesday to Friday and does not include Personalised Orders or any items bought on PRE-ORDER.
You will receive a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order is available for collection, please wait for this confirmation email before you make the trip to come and collect your order.
WHEN COLLECTING YOUR ORDER: Bring your 'Ready to Collect' email either printed or displayed on your phone; along with your valid passport, photo driving license or the payment card used for the order.
We don't want you to miss out on your purchases, therefore we are happy to keep your order on hold for up to 7 days. If your order isn't collected within this time period, then it will be refunded, (unless it's a personalised item).
WE ALSO OFFER A RANGE OF DELIVERY OPTIONS, PLEASE ENSURE YOU SELECT THE OPTION RELEVANT TO YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT TO AVOID FURTHER CHARGES.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we are not responsible for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. Please note deliveries may be delayed due to Royal Mail strikes, COVID-19 & adverse weather conditions.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
UK Orders Over £60 - FREE UK Tracked Delivery (2 - 3 Days)
UK Tracked (2 - 3 Days) - £3.99
When you choose UK Tracked standard 2 - 3 day delivery, you will receive your order on the 2nd or 3rd working day (Mon - Fri) based upon when you placed your order. If you place your order after 14:00, then the order will be processed on the next working day. For example, if you placed an order on Friday, after 14:00, your order will usually be delivered by the following Thursday latest.
UK Next Day (Mon - Thurs) - £9.99
When you choose UK Next Day delivery, you will receive your order the next working day. This service is only available on orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Thursday. For next day delivery on orders placed Friday before 14:00, needing to arrive on Saturday, please see below - UK Saturday delivery.
UK Saturday - £15.99

*PLEASE NOTE* If you select UK Saturday delivery after 14:00 on Friday, you will still be charged for Saturday delivery; however your order will be dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY, (Monday), and you will receive your order on Tuesday. ROI (Republic of Ireland) - £11.99
When you choose ROI delivery, you should receive your order within 3 - 5 working days via a tracked service. Orders must be placed before 14:00 to be dispatched the same day.
Europe - £16.50
When you choose Europe delivery, you should receive your order within 3 - 5 working days via a tracked and signed for service. Orders must be placed before 14:00 UK time to be dispatched the same day.
Rest of World -£29.99
When you choose Rest of World delivery, you should receive your order within 5 - 10 working days via a tracked service. Orders must be placed before 14:00 UK time to be dispatched the same day.
Whilst we always endeavour to do our best to ensure that your order clears customs, in the event that your parcel is delayed for any reason, we recommend that you contact your country's customs office directly to enquire about or follow up any delays. We are not responsible for import duties, taxes or any other charges incurred; these are the buyer's sole responsibility.
Please ensure you check with your country's customs office to determine any additional cost to you, prior to making your purchase. No refunds will be given for goods seized by customs.
Specialist Delivery:
Some of our products are delivered directly from our trusted suppliers, in these cases the delivery options & timescales are outside of our control. Therefore, orders that include personalised products or items bought on PRE-ORDER may be split or take a little longer to arrive. This will vary from product to product, however the relevant delivery information will be available on the individual product details page.
ORDER PROCESS
Once you have placed your order, you'll be sent an Order Confirmation email, we will also send a further email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. Most orders are sent using secure tracked services for your peace of mind & so that you can be updated on order progress throughout; guaranteeing our customers feel informed and confident every step of the way!
If you have placed your order after 14:00 UK time or during the weekend/bank holiday, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
